This track very much belongs in the 90s with the same crowd as the Pet Shop Boys, who we all saw didn’t really do a great job at the Olympic ceremonies last year. As promising as this track is to start it gets overly repetitive and is so very very empty. dealings vocal has little range and stays on the same tangent throughout the track. The texture and background track that he builds up is extremely well structured, but it’s almost too neat and to be honest sounds like a lot of stuff that has come before it. It doesn’t seem to change or challenge the genre it’s written for in any way.
So for us this track is a miss, very well written and structure d but if you’re looking for something that breaks the norm, this is not it.
